Process design experience includes analysis, design and implementation. He has strong influencing, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills across diverse cultures. Candidate has demonstrable skills at leading, managing, coordinating, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives.

Candidate has SAP ECC 6.0 implementation experience and has been involved in all aspects of designing and implementing SAP (PP, PM, MM, MES) to meet business requirements and enable performance improvement. He has experience in gap analysis, site mapping and fit with associated change management.

In his most recent position with a global tobacco organisation, Candidate was responsible for leading the activities of more than ten plants in the EMEA region.  As Operations Manufacturing Lead he provided detailed process knowledge and leadership during the implementation of a Global Business Programme, which delivered a new globally integrated and standard way of working. Candidate holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Middle East Technical University. He is currently available for assignments.
