Project Background
Enchange conducted a review of organisation processes, procedures, working practices and performance of this generics pharmaceutical manufacturing company with operations in Poland, CEE and Russia. The focus of the ‘Walk Through’ was the demand side of the supply chain, Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) processes including marketing cycle planning, demand forecasting and planning, new product development, and the key performance indicators related to the various processes. The project identified recommendations to improve demand management and S&OP. An implementation plan was developed with the management team which was subsequently successfully delivered.
