Strategy Map
Enchange has adopted the original map of Kaplan and Norton into a powerful management process and tool.
A Strategy Map is the graphic representation of an organisation Supply Chain strategy that indicates the key components of how this strategy will be delivered.
Through a collaborative process with the senior management the key components are identified and aligned to the four horisontal Balance Scorecard quadrants. The key relationships between each components are identified in order to demonstrate how the financial Supply Chain goal will be achieved.
