- Project Start. Projects commence with a process that includes project initiation, supported by documentation that details project purpose, objectives, deliverables, method, resource, budget, schedule and risk assessment. Stakeholder engagement ensures that all interested parties are fully engaged as part of this process.
- A project management structure is implemented to suit the needs of the project. This includes the Project Team, Steering Team & other groups as needed e.g. Design Reference Groups, Project Quality Boards, etc.
- Project Review. Typically this is undertaken on a monthly basis with intermittent weekly ‘highlight reports’.
