Enchange was commissioned to undertake a Walk Through Assessment focussing on the supply chain processes (demand planning, sales & operational planning (S&OP), supply planning) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system alignment to the supply chain and financial processes. The review included detailed recommendations to improve supply chain performance and ERP systems utilisation. Enchange were retained to undertake training workshops to support the subsequent improvement programme.
