As part of a manufacturing footprint redesign initiative, Enchange was selected to map existing primary logistics routes (road, rail & sea) on all intra and inter cross border movements in the region.
Enchange developed a map with an easy to use database tool that enabled identification of logistics barriers & improvement opportunities in terms of service improvements & cost savings.
It was a key tool in the analysis of existing AME logistics requirements, & how they would be impacted with future plans to move to Supply Chain area hubs & above market planning within AME.
